近日,六合彩投注网 卢海阳教授、毛中根教授及研究生曾钶雅在国际期刊《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》(简称CSREM)合作发表论文“Perceptions of corporate social responsibilities and stakeholder engagement in the context of a disaster: A moderated mediation analysis from the perspective of consumer responses”,六合彩网上投注 六合彩投注网 为唯一署名单位。该研究以2021年河南暴雨灾害背景下鸿星尔克的捐款行为对民众消费的影响为主题,旨在探讨企业社会责任(CSR)对消费者决策的重要性。

在自然灾害背景下,对于CSR如何影响消费者结果的实证研究比较少。本研究以中国河南省暴雨灾害期间鸿星尔克的捐赠事件为案例,研究了消费者在特殊时期感知到的企业社会责任(PCSR)与购买意向/行为之间的关系。研究发现,PCSR与消费者的购买意向和购买行为呈正相关。虽然国家认同在PCSR与购买意向之间起到部分中介作用,但在PCSR与购买行为之间的中介效应未被发现。此外,群体心态在PCSR与购买意向之间的直接关系中起到调节作用,但对中介路径没有调节影响。研究结果提示企业管理者应意识到国家危机所引起的情绪环境的变化,并识别可能影响消费者反应的潜在传递机制。

论文摘要:Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been identified as a critical factor influencing consumer decision-making. However, there has been little empirical research on whether and how CSR affects consumer outcomes in the context of natural disasters. Against the backdrop of the Erke donation event that occurred during the flood in Henan Province, China, the present study examined the relationship between perceived corporate social responsibility (PCSR) and consumer purchase intention/behavior during a special period. We found that PCSR was positively related to consumers’ purchase intention and purchase behavior. We also found that while national identity partially mediated the association between PCSR and purchase intentions, this mediating effect was not found in the path from PCSR to purchase behavior. Additionally, we found that herd mentality moderated the direct relationship between PCSR and purchase intention, but not the mediated path.
