主要内容：已有研究尚未关注国有注资与企业内收入分配之间的关系。使用2011至2021年的A股上市公司数据和多期双重差分模型，本文探讨了国有注资对企业劳动收入份额的影响。研究发现，总体而言，国有注资能够提高企业的劳动收入份额，改善企业的劳资分配关系，促进企业内共同富裕。机制分析表明，国有注资对企业劳动收入份额的积极影响是通过提高企业的员工数量、员工平均工资，以及人力资本水平等方式实现的。进一步分析发现，当国有注资比例较低时，国有注资对企业劳动收入份额的积极影响随注资比例提升而提升，但是这种影响在国有注资达到一定比例后逐渐减弱，在国有股权处于绝对控股时已不复存在。国有注资对企业劳动收入份额提升的积极影响还存在异质性，即对所属地区市场化水平较低和非资本密集型行业的企业更为显著。本研究不仅从国有注资的视角为企业内部劳资分配关系的改善提供了新思路，还对混合所有制改革的推进具有一定的实践启示。

主要内容：This study utilizes relevant panel data from China and Portuguese-speaking countries spanning the years 2003 to 2019. It empirically analyzes, for the first time, the impact of China's outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) on its bilateral trade with Portuguese-speaking countries, employing both the fully modified ordinary least squares and error correction model. The study reveals a positive long-term impact of China's OFDI on the trade with Portuguese-speaking countries. Notably, the positive effect of China's OFDI on its imports is more substantial than the impact on its exports. Additionally, a short-term relationship exists between China's OFDI and Sino-Portuguese trade. In the short term, China's OFDI negatively affects its imports while positively influencing its exports. Moreover, over time, these short-term fluctuations gradually adjust to the long-term equilibrium. Consequently, this study recommends encouraging and supporting China's OFDI in Portuguese-speaking countries to promote bilateral trade.
